<p><strong>Nutrition is key to healthy hair: </strong> Make sure your diet is healthy and varied. Add more B and E vitamins to your plan, as they are essential to your healthy hair. Remember, good nutrition is just as important for your your hair as the rest of your body.</p>
<p><strong>Dryers, straighteners and highlights .</strong> Avoid using  them as much as you can. These can dry your hair and cause it to fall out.</p>
<p><strong>Cut your hair in regular basis .</strong> To avoid splitting ends and to keep your hair in a decent condition it is recommended to cut your hair approximately 1 cm a month.</p>
<p><strong>Comb and brush your hair gently .</strong> Long hair is fragile,  so don’t be too hard in combing and brushing to avoid the damage.</p>
<p><strong>Do not use too much shampoo.</strong> Try to wash your hair less frequently to avoid its harmful effect.  Use more conditioner smooth it out.</p>
<p><strong>Never brush wet hair.</strong> Your hair is very vulnerable when it is wet.</p>
